Golden Hour Home Care Agency is a locally owned, licensed non-medical home care agency based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. We believe every older adult deserves to age with dignity, at home, on their own terms, surrounded by familiar comforts.
Our care plans reflect the whole person, their preferences, routines, and personality. Whether a family needs a few hours a week of companionship or round-the-clock personal care, we build the schedule and the team around them.

Golden Hour was founded by Judelissa Rosario, who still leads the team today. Families reach the owner, not a call center in another state, and care is delivered by caregivers who live in the same communities they serve, across Dauphin, Cumberland, Lebanon, Lancaster, York, Perry, Juniata, Schuylkill and Northumberland counties.
